The RCC was great — quiet rooms with enough space for us. I do wish there were recycling though — it seems archaic that there is no way to sort out recyclables in a place that advertises kitchens for guests. We would have been happy to bring our materials to the common kitchens to sort them. Also: although appliances are provided, guests should know they need to bring their own crockery, cutlery, and pots/pans/cutting boards, etc.

the property is in need of an upgrade. Its had better days. room and bathroom was clean. front desk on check in was very polite. I would stay again if I had no choices

Was ok good hotel for what it's worth

Upon check-in, the room was not quite up to standard with cleanliness, but the issues were rectified right away. They even offered us another room, which wasn't necessary. Any issue that came up was addressed immediately in a kind and respectful manner. We love this hotel because it is close to Science North, the pool is open late (10 p.m.), there is a restaurant onsite, the staff are always amazing and you can't beat the price.

Clean enough room, comfortable bed. Good value for money.
